Members of DRYA benefit by being part of a competitive sailing community with a twelve race counter series and resources to advance your sailing campaign.
RACING
For over a hundred years, DRYA has promoted and help organize yacht racing among the numerous sailing clubs in southeast Michigan that represent DRYA's member clubs.
HANDICAPPING
DRYA has a large role in the Detroit area sailing community to administer and govern PHRF handicapping. DRYA has joined with Midwest PHRF organization to provide this service. Having a central handicapping organization promotes fair and balanced racing for the area's fleet.
