Seminar Series Open House
Thursday, April 14, 2005  7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Detroit Yacht Club

Kick of the sailing season with a Sailing Open House. The DRYA, in cooperation with the Detroit Yacht Club will be hosting a seminar open house, featuring the 2005 speakers. If you missed a seminar, or thought of additional questions on the way home, this will be a great opportunity for you to speak one-on-one with each of the presenters.
In addition, there will be mini-seminars held throughout the night featuring topics such as “Keeping Warm and Dry While Sailing”, “Women in Racing”, “Marlinspike Seamanship”, and “Sailing Short-Handed”.

Member DRYA clubs will be on hand to discuss their club membership and their racing and sailing instruction programs.

The DYC is located on Belle Isle. Cross the Belle Isle bridge and follow Central Avenue through the middle of the island to Lakeside Dr. Lakeside Dr. will turn into Riverbank Road near the Yacht Club. Telephone: 313-824-1200.
