| Since 1912 Detroit Regional Yacht-racing Association has had a community presence in South Eastern Michigan and the Detroit Area. Originally called Detroit River Yachting Association, it merged with the Offshore Racing Club of Detroit in 1991 (re)named the Detroit Regional Yacht-racing Association and was granted tax exempt 501 (c) (3) status from the Internal Revenue Service on November 16, 1992. | |

It's now 2007 and the DRYA is offering local businesses
the opportunity to promote their business on the DRYA website by becoming
a sponsor for a tax deductible donation of $50.00 a year. You can have your Business Card or a Graphic of your Website listed on our Sponsor page for the Sailing Community to see. It will include a link to your website and a clickable Google map so potential clients can find out where you are located. If you wish we also will include a email contact link.
